RATES:
Weekday and weekend rates are based on double occupancy. A two-day minimum stay is required for all rooms and cottages.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
A credit card on file is required to make a reservation. Your card will be charged three days before arrival for the full amount due. Cancellations within 3 days of your stay are subject to the full charges unless the room can be rebooked for the same period. If we are successful in rebooking, the deposit will be refunded in full less a $20 processing fee.
CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE TIMES:
Cottages: Check-in 2pm or later. Check-out Noon, please.
The Main House: Check-in 3:00 or later. Check-out by 11:00 a.m.

PRIVACY POLICY:
For the privacy of our guests and owners, only guests listed on the reservation will be allowed inside the main house. Friends, family and service providers are not allowed. Any services such as for hair or makeup will need to take place at an alternate location.
SMOKING & CANDLES:
For the comfort and safety of all Chaska House guests, candles are not permitted and smoking is allowed outside only on the first floor porches and grounds of the main house. The Cottages are entirely non-smoking.
CHILDREN:
We cannot accommodate children under 8 years old in the Main House. Our cottages are perfect for families with children of any age.
PETS:
Sorry, pets cannot be accommodated.
